Crystal The is a Venture Associate at Innosight Ventures, and is
based in Singapore
Crystal joined with 2 years of work experience at IDS, the supply
chain arm of Li & Fung, where she was involved in managing
the supply chain of a Fortune 200 FMCG company, a major client account.
There she played a key role in the implantation of a regional hubbing
solution linking 6 major distribution centers in Europe and 12
production centers in Asia.
Since joining Innosight, Crystal has developed strategy for clients'
and Innosight Asia's internal projects. She helps shape disruptive
business ventures from conception to launch by providing market
intelligence and building operations and IT.
Crystal is the co-creator of Innosight Asia's online disruptive
education and travel businesses and is currently co-leading a joint
venture in RFID technology.
She is also a facilitator in innovation workshops where she works with clients to create new disruptive solutions and develop them into business plans. Her experience in industries include healthcare, technology, package delivery, and tourism.
