Executive Training

Innosight Ventures can work with your executive team to help develop a culture of innovation within your organization, or to advise on specific innovation challenges which you may be facing.

Our executive sessions follow a similar format to our workshops, in which we work with small groups to discuss the principles of Disruptive Innovation and Jobs-to-be-Done, and follow up with working sessions in which we apply the principles and develop a starting point for innovative new products or services over a period of 2-3 days.

The principles of Disruptive Innovation offer a very practical set of guidelines for managing and implementing innovation, and so we prefer to work with project managers and/or mid- to senior managers responsible for innovation and new growth in the company.
