Executive Training
Innosight Ventures can work with your executive team to help develop
a culture of innovation within
your organization, or to advise on specific innovation challenges which
you may be facing.
Our executive sessions follow a similar format to our workshops, in which we work with
small groups to discuss the principles of Disruptive
Innovation and Jobs-to-be-Done, and follow
up with working sessions in which we apply the principles and develop a
starting
point for innovative new products or services over a period of 2-3 days.
The principles of Disruptive
Innovation offer a very practical set of guidelines for managing
and implementing innovation, and so we prefer to work with project
managers and/or mid- to senior managers responsible for innovation and
new growth in the company.
Depending on the team's needs and goals, we include a variety of
exercises including but not limited to:
- Brainstorming using the principles of Disruptive Innovation and Jobs-To-Be-Done to identify opportunities
- Defining and developing foothold customers
- Creating and Shaping disruptive solutions to address the jobs that these foothold customers are seeking to get done
- Prioritizing product concepts using the princles of Disruptive Innovation to identify the highest potential solutions
- Formulating a winning business model
