How Innovative is your company?

Before tackling any major innovation efforts within your company, it can be helpful to take a step back and have Innosight take an objective look at your company to determine how innovative you already are.

Through its work with Professor Clayton Christensen and other leading academics, Innosight has the developed and refined a series of tools and techniques to measure, quantify and diagnose the key attributes which we find critical to firms who wish to become more innovative.

Through the use of our Team Thinker tool, which allows us to perform cross-organization surveys, and through interviews with employees at various levels up and down the organization, we can create a useful executive snapshot of an organization's innovativeness.

More usefully, the Innovation Audit clearly highlights the areas in which the company needs to focus its most immediate efforts, and allows us to develop a plan to do so.
