Kenny Ching
Kenny Ching is a Venture Leader at Innosight Ventures, and is
based in Singapore
Kenny joined Innosight in 2007 after spending 3 years with
the Economic Development Board of Singapore. Since joining Innosight,
Kenny has been involved in corporate strategy and business
plan development for Singapore Government Linked Corporations and
developing Innosight's IDEAS
fund.
At the Economic Development Board of Singapore, Kenny was part of the
Strategic Planning Division, where he developed strategies to maintain
Singapore's economic competitiveness,
focusing on challenges from emerging economies including China and
India. Kenny's particular areas of expertise include the
Biotechnology and Electronics industries.
Prior to work in Singapore, Kenny was a Dupont-MIT Research Fellow with
the Sloan School of Management at the Massachusetts Institute of
Technology, where he researched national Intellectual Property
Protection policies and co-authored several journal articles in the
medical technology space.
Kenny graduated from The Johns Hopkins University with a Bachelor
of Science in Biomedical Engineering (Full Honors). He also obtained a
Masters of Science in Technology and Policy from the Massachusetts
Institute of Technology and a Masters of Science in Financial
Engineering from the National University of Singapore. Kenny is
bilingual in English and Chinese.
