Kuen Loon Ho

Kuen Loon Ho is a Partner and the COO of Innosight Ventures, based in Singapore.

Since joining the firm, Kuen has taken on an entrepreneurial role to set up Innosight Ventures’ operations, help shape its emerging business model, and incubate a few of its portfolio companies. Leveraging on Innosight’s distinct expertise and domain knowledge in disruptive innovation, Kuen has created and built several new disruptive businesses, and has been engaged in developing disruptive business plans, as well as conducting senior management innovation workshops. Currently, he is also actively involved in launching and operating an international healthcare company that aims to disrupt the US healthcare space. Kuen has been invited to lecture in Nanyang Technological University and Singapore Management University.
 
Kuen was with Innosight LLC in US previously where he assisted several leading US and Asian companies to shape their strategy and innovation processes. In US, he worked in a consulting engagement with a world’s leading telecommunications company in which he helped to shape the client’s innovation process using the lenses and application of disruptive innovation. He had led and been involved in various innovation consulting projects with Singapore’s Economic Development Board and leading corporations in the consumer products, healthcare, telecommunication/hi-tech, insurance and defense industry.

Prior to joining Innosight Ventures, Kuen was with McKinsey & Company (Singapore office), in which he was a member of the Corporate Finance practice (Asia Pacific), and was a Summer Consultant with The Boston Consulting Group. Kuen also spent five years with Keppel Corporation holding various positions; the last in a general management capacity as the Treasurer / Vice President-Administration in Keppel Cebu Shipyard in the Philippines.

Kuen received an MBA from Harvard Business School; he also earned a Bachelor of Accountancy degree (Honors) from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst and Certified Public Accountant.
